The Center for Rehabilitation Services at Sylvan Grove Hospital offers adult and pediatric outpatient and inpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy.

The center’s licensed therapists work to help restore function, prevent future injury, reduce pain and improve daily living. Services and care are designed to fit the individual needs of our patients.

Treatment is available for children and adults for many different types of disorders and injuries, including:

  • Amputation
  • Autism
  • Back and neck pain
  • Brain injury
  • Congenital disabilities
  • Developmental delay
  • Dysphasia
  • Neurological disorders
  • Orthopedics
  • Speech delay
  • Spinal cord injuries
  • Sports injuries
  • Stroke and cerebral vascular accident (CVA)
  • Swallowing disorders
  • Work-related injuries

In addition, therapists provide inpatient care for the Swing Bed rehabilitation program at Sylvan Grove. The program provides extended care for people recovering from an illness or injury. Click here to learn more about the Swing Bed program.
