The Center for Rehabilitation Services at Sylvan Grove Hospital offers adult and pediatric physical, occupational and speech therapy. These services are provided for both in-patients as well as on an out-patient basis.

The center’s licensed therapists work to help restore function, prevent future injury, reduce pain and improve daily living. Services and care are designed to fit the individual needs of our patients.

Treatment is available for children and adults for many different types of disorders and injuries, including:

  • Amputation
  • Autism
  • Back and neck pain
  • Brain injury
  • Congenital disabilities
  • Developmental delay
  • Dysphasia
  • Neurological disorders
  • Orthopedics
  • Speech delay
  • Spinal cord injuries
  • Sports injuries
  • Stroke and cerebral vascular accident (CVA)
  • Swallowing disorders
  • Work-related injuries
