In order to better serve the healthcare needs of our community, Sylvan Grove Hospital has recently opened the Family Care Clinic. The outpatient clinic is equipped to care for non-emergent medical conditions. Some of our services include:

• Medical Screenings
• Patient Education
• Lab Work
• X-Ray
• Pap Smears
• Wound Care, and
• Management of Chronic Medical Problems

The Family Care Clinic is open Monday through Fridays from 10:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays, and closed on holidays. Patients may make an appointment or be seen on a walk-in basis.
