A small-town hospital providing quality care

Sylvan Grove Hospital is a 25-bed facility that has been the hometown hospital for Butts County residents for more than 45 years. As a Critical Access Hospital, Sylvan Grove Hospital can provide initial inpatient care and treatment for illnesses and injuries.

Other services include a 24-hour emergency room, swing bed rehabilitation program, outpatient diagnostic tests, physical, occupational and speech therapy , occupational medicine and worker’s compensation services, respiratory therapy and sleep studies through our Center for Sleep Medicine.

Community Education
Sylvan Grove Hospital believes that good health starts with education. To educate our community and help with early detection of diseases, we offer lectures and seminars on health topics, conduct health screenings and risk assessments, and participate and host health fairs throughout the year.
