As an employer, you want to keep your employees healthy and productive. Studies have shown that employees with poor health can directly impact the cost of your health plan as well as indirectly cost your business in terms of absenteeism and productivity.  

That’s where Sylvan Grove Hospital can help. We offer many free health screenings to help identify any current or future health problems and offer educational lectures to help your employees proactively manage their health.  

Sylvan Grove will bring the necessary staff and equipment to your company. The screenings can take anywhere between 15 and 45 minutes per person, depending on how many screenings are conducted. Screening results are confidential. If the results indicate an issue, our staff will educate your employees about treatment resources. In addition, we can provide an analysis of the overall results for your company to give an overview of your employees’ health, without providing details on each employee.  

Please schedule at least four weeks in advance. Also, please note that we require a minimum of 50 participants for the screenings below. However, other offerings are available for smaller offices.
